Sales Admin Administrator
Espex Batteries Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Admin Administrator with excellent computer and Excel skills.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, generate sales orders and invoicing on Sage.
* Create reporting for the warehouse to pick customer orders.
* Generate documents for accessories and sales meetings.
* Compile weekly stock reconciliations between Sage and Excel, and investigate discrepancies.
* Manage stock and tracking on established systems.
* Generate supplier orders and communicate with suppliers.
* Organise transport and delivery for both sales and supplier orders.
* Perform basic IT maintenance, including printer and computer upkeep.
* Maintain filing and record‑keeping systems.
* Handle administrative duties – answering phones, opening mail, providing coffee for guests, franking mail, etc.
* Manage customer relations: deal with complaints and chase haulage companies for ETAs on deliveries.
* Handle other ad‑hoc requests from management and sales personnel as required.
Required Skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
* Experience with Sage Line 50, including data entry and reporting.
* Warehouse and distribution knowledge.
* At least 4 years experience in a similar admin role.
* Accounting knowledge.
Employment Details
* Full time and permanent.
* Office hours: 8.30 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
* Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum, based on experience.
* Benefits: 4 % employee / 4 % employer pension; 21 days holiday increasing to 25 days after 5 years of service.
