HUMAN FACTORS ENGINEER – CONTRACT TO 31/12/2026 – BROUGHTON Near Chester
Within this role your main tasks will include:
* Performing ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/ Installation activities.
* Providing ergonomics recommendations to address any ergonomic associated risk factors.
* Supporting building ergonomics action plans, suited to the industrial strategy and future evolutions, and validated it with the senior leaders.
* Contributing to the definition of specifications, call for tenders, and subcontractor piloting in the frame of Ergonomics related outsourced work packages on the specific site.
* Ensuring with jigs and machine suppliers that ergonomics is considered.
* Developing solutions for risk and hazard reduction using a technical, organisational and a training approach.
* Monitoring international regulatory and scientific development for deployment and guidance.
* Ensuring Ergonomics Tactical Implementation plan for the location is in place and maintained up to date.
* Ensuring effective communication with the local Health and Safety representatives on
Ergonomic associated matters.
Be ready to support specific ergonomic actions/task forces on other transnational locations.
