We currently have an opportunity for Room Managers to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
This role involves working during matchdays, offering a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment.

£17 per hour
Casual hours
Matchday and Non-Matchday hours

Main Responsibilities
* Attend pre-match managers briefings and participate in required training.
* Monitor staff practices to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
* Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service of food products.
* Follow food allergen information and service procedures.
* Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guest needs, working efficiently to minimize wait times.
* Greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Handle customer and staff complaints effectively.
* Actively upsell products to maximize revenue.
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Friendly yet professional demeanor.
* Good attention to detail and punctuality.
* Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings.
* Experience managing a team.
* Experience with cash handling and stock control.
* Applicants must be 18 or over.
