They design and build their robots in-house, and they need skilled Assembly & Build Technicians to join their electro-mechanical production team. The Role This is hands-on, workshop-based work where you'll assemble, and commission robot subsystems and complete robot builds to the highest standards. You'll own your output - quality, speed, and precision are non-negotiable. Your day-to-day: * Assembling complex electro-mechanical subsystems and complete robots * Working from technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures * Inspecting, testing, and signing off completed assemblies * Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the workshop floor * Contributing to continuous improvement and R&D projects * Supporting the wider team to hit ambitious deadlines This isn't production line work - it's proper technical assembly where attention to detail matters and every robot you build gets shipped globally.
