Rate of Pay: £325.44 - £448.00 per day
Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to manage projects within a major ERP Programme. The role will lead implementation and change management activities across pre- and post-implementation phases, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a project team delivering ERP projects
* Develop, monitor and maintain detailed project plans
* Ensure effective project governance and risk management
* Provide updates and reports to senior stakeholders and Programme Board
* Lead change management and support business readiness planning
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage communications
Qualifications:
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths
* Relevant project/programme management qualification (desirable)
* Commitment to continuous professional development
Essential Requirements:
* Experience leading ICT project teams
* Experience delivering business change programmes
* Experience managing, coaching and supporting others
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
