Our client is offering a fantastic salary of c£23k-£25k plus £30k OTE.
* Arrange valuations and viewings with prospective clients
* Carry out viewings on vacant properties with Vendors
* Cross sell suitable properties to clients
* Register properties and negotiate fees
* Deal with customer queries both in branch and via telephone
Skills & Experience
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Previous experience within residential sales advantageous
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work independently without supervision
* Target driven and motivated
