Role: Content Creator
Location: North West Highlands & Islands, Scotland (Can be based in Sutherland, Dingwall, Skye or Uist)
Salary: £35,000 per year + travel expenses + discretionary company bonus scheme
Reports to: Marketing & Communications Manager

Loch Duart Salmon is looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team and help tell the incredible story of our people, our fish, and the environments we raise our slamon in across the Wild North West Highlands and Islands.
This is a truly unique opportunity to live and work as an adventure photographer and videographer, capturing and sharing what makes Loch Duart Salmon a truly special company and breed of salmon. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape our content style and bring our story to life across multiple platforms.
What you’ll do
* Plan, script, and create high-quality photo and video content with input from the Marketing Manager
* Spend 3 days a week filming on-site across our farming locations, and 2 days editing and preparing content keeping a consistent pipeline of content
* Edit content for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and our new TikTok channel
* Capture still photography for company use (internal and external)
* Maintain tidy file organisation and good content management
What you’ll need
* A strong eye for visual storytelling and adventure content
* Experience shooting with professional SLR cameras, DJI Pocket, and DJI Drones
* Skilled with professional editing software
* Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in remote, rugged environments
* A genuine interest in sustainability, food provenance, or the outdoors

All equipment is provided — including camera kit, drone gear, and a MacBook.
