Kingscroft are recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to help support the Accounts Finance function of a specialist manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will have experience of delivering accounts or bookkeeping in a manufacturing or similar environment. You will be driven to provide accurate and detailed information supporting the preparation of management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and providing key financial insights to support the business.
Your role and responsibilities will include.
1. Support preparation of the monthly Management accounts.
2. Monitor accruals/prepayments
3. Intrastat sales and purchases
4. Carry out random checks on completion of sales despatch notes
5. Carry out random stock counts
6. Supplier rebates
7. Supporting with year end reporting liaise with auditors/tax
8. Analyse overheads
9. Various month end group reporting
10. Agree inter-company balances
11. Balance sheet reconciliations
12. Ensure stocktake procedures followed
13. VAT and Intrastat including Spanish Vat.
