Our client, a growing player in the offshore energy sector, is seeking a versatile Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support both operational excellence and executive leadership. This is a pivotal role that blends day-to-day office management with high-level executive support. You'll be the go-to person for facilities, logistics, and internal coordination-while also acting as a trusted right hand to the Managing Director. Office Management Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding facilities and office-related issues Manage relationships with building maintenance contractors and service providers Oversee employee mobile phone contracts and renewals Coordinate with marketing and events teams for trade stands, exhibitions, and internal events Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Support onboarding of new staff and ensure smooth office operations Assist with basic finance admin (e.g., invoice tracking, petty cash, supplier payments) Executive Assistant Duties Manage complex travel arrangements for the Managing Director, including international itineraries Screen and prioritise calls, emails, and meeting requests Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from leadership meetings Support diary management and ensure optimal scheduling across time zones Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with internal communications and occasional board-level reporting What We're Looking For Proven experience in office management, executive support, or a similar hybrid role Strong organisational skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus A genuine interest in the energy or subsea sector is welcomed Why Join?
