Now, we’re looking for a confident Account Executive to take ownership of an existing book and help us expand further. What you’ll be doing: Managing and developing a portfolio of loyal commercial clients. Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Delivering tailored insurance solutions and expert risk management advice. Collaborating with a dedicated Account Handling team to ensure exceptional client service. Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally with a focus on new business development. A relationship-builder with a consultative approach and commercial acumen. Someone who brings energy, ambition, and a client-first mindset. A professional with an existing client base (desirable but not essential). Confident communicator across face-to-face, phone, and digital channels. Familiarity with Acturis or a willingness to learn.
