My client is a well known business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth who are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join the wider finance team to support with a backlog of work.
Description
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Processing invoices
* Raising invoices
* Collecting debt via telephone
* Maintaining the cash book
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Assisting with accruals and prepayments
* Assisting with month end duties
Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:
* Be immediately available and be able to commit to a temporary role
* Have previously worked in a similar accounts role
* Be a competent user of MS Excel (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables)
* Be able to hit the ground running
* Be a good team player
