What You'll Be Doing
As the first friendly voice our clients hear, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations:
* Chatting with clients over the phone or online, helping them feel supported and heard
* Keeping our systems up to date with accurate information
* Helping our engineers and contractors stay organised and on track
* Keeping an eye on service levels and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
* Scheduling response calls to the right team members
* Pitching in with admin tasks as needed – we're all in this together
What We're Looking For
We'd love to welcome someone who:
* Communicates clearly and kindly – both in person and in writing
* Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Has an eye for detail and takes pride in accurate work
* Can juggle tasks calmly, even when it's a bit busy
* Is a team player but also happy to take the initiative
* Loves staying organised and helping others do the same
