Position Details
* Position: IT Service Desk Analyst
* Location: Rendall & Rittner Manchester Office – 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
* Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will:
1. Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in person.
2. Log incidents/requests issued to the service desk.
3. Provide IT hardware, systems, and software support for Rendall & Rittner.
4. Have experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software.
5. Knowledge of ITIL framework.
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related systems.
7. Support and mentor end users in Rendall & Rittner systems.
8. Proactively manage updates to ensure resolution.
