£40,446 - £42,574 (London)
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract based on a 37.5 working week.
Responsibilities
As a Skills & Training Lead with MTVH you will create and develop the future of training and development within our Customer Services directorate, which includes our Housing, Customer Services, Community Investment and Care & Support functions. Working with colleagues across the directorate and key stakeholders such as our central Learning & Development and Health & Safety teams, you will identify training requirements, design solutions and develop a training offer that supports our colleagues to excel and invest in talent. You will help deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers through high quality training provision.
You will develop training modules and packages for specific areas, working with operational leaders to establish learning pathways, mandatory training lists and role‑specific skill requirements.
Qualifications
* Highly motivated, organised and passionate about supporting others to learn.
* Proven experience in training design and development.
* Comfortable delivering training across in‑person and remote classrooms, e‑learning and written resources.
* Strong digital literacy and experience implementing digital and blended learning programmes.
* Excellent presentation, facilitation and delivery skills.
* Effective stakeholder management across multiple levels.
* Enthusiastic advocate for learning with the ability to embed new training offers and engage colleagues.
