Team Leader – Supported Living Service Accrington Area £33,000 per annum I am working on behalf of a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Team Leader for one of their Supported Living services in the Accrington area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care to adults with diverse support needs. The Role As Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading and supervising a team of Support Workers to deliver safe, person-centred care. Ensuring the service complies with CQC standards and organisational policies. Supporting the Registered Manager with rota planning, staff training, and performance management. Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders. Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion within the supported living environment. About You We’re looking for someone who has: Previous supervisory or leadership experience within health & social care. A sound understanding of CQC requirements and best practice in supported living. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
