An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their compliance team to support with a project. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team.
The role:
Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
Assisting with managing the DBS process from start to finish
Inputting data accurately and efficiently
Collating the information and ensure the internal process is adhered too
Ensure data accuracy across all systems
Update, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the systemThe ideal candidate:
Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
Confident speaking both on the phone and in person
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
