Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of public service vehicles (PSVs). Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards, complying with regulations and company policies. Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing training and guidance as required. Manage the efficient completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in buses. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, ensuring a high level of documentation and reporting. Work closely with management to improve operational processes and vehicle uptime.Key Requirements: Extensive experience as a PSV Technician with a strong understanding of bus maintenance. Master Technician qualifications or equivalent certification in PSV maintenance. Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
