I’m currently partnering with a well-established London Market insurer undergoing a major underwriting transformation programme, and they’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Business Transformation team.
PREVIOUS UNDERWRITING WORKBENCH EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
This is a permanent opportunity where you’ll play a key role in delivering a strategic underwriting workbench initiative designed to modernise underwriting capabilities across the business.
🔎 The role
You’ll lead business analysis across the full lifecycle of a large-scale transformation programme, working closely with underwriters, operational stakeholders and technology teams to shape future underwriting capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading business analysis activities across the Underwriting Workbench programme
* Partnering with underwriters and operational stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points
* Eliciting and documenting complex business and system requirements
* Translating London Market processes (placement, binding, renewals, endorsements) into system requirements
🧠 What they’re looking for
* Strong Business Analyst experience within the London Market insurance sector
* Solid understanding of the underwriting lifecycle
* Experience delivering large-scale transformation or core system programmes
* Ability to work directly with senior underwriters and leadership
💰 Package
* Salary up to £90,000 per annum
