Join us at Barclays as an Investment Banking Associate in Industrials Coverage. In role you'll contribute on research and analysis across verticals and manage client relationships when required. This will include company valuations, finance modelling, marketing materials and transaction documentation. Mergers and Acquisitions will be a central focus for this team, you'll play a key role in both origination and execution of these transactions.
To be successful as an Investment Banking Associate, you'll need: Considerable M&A and Financing skills
Experience of complex financial modelling, valuation techniques, presentation preparation, due diligence and financial analysis
Experience in deal origination: participating in client meetings, helping generate ideas, writing presentations and handling client follow up
Proven record of executing transactions within Investment Banking Industrials Coverage
Some other highly valued skills include: Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
Considerable understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment

The role is based out of our Canary Wharf, London office.
