Job Description We are looking for a full-time Care Manager/Social Worker on a permanent basis to join our team based at Maud. This is a great opportunity to join an enthusiastic and friendly team whilst working in a beautiful part of Aberdeenshire. Undertake assessments within budgetary criteria, where individuals meet service eligibility, to meet the outcomes of older adults, and those with a physical disability including acquired brain injury, under the remit of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 and subsequent legislation relevant to the function of care management. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organisation. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
