We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Supervisor?to join us at our?Warrington Hub.
This is a 4 on 4 off role and will flip between day and night shifts, day shifts are usually 6am to 6pm and nights 6pm to 6am but can vary depending on time of year and workloads.

What will you do in the role?
* As our Transport Shift Supervisor, you'll report in to the?Transport Shift Manager and you will be?pivotal in providing leadership and direction to your shift of Drivers
* You will be responsible for motivating your colleagues, problem solving on a day to day basis and ensuring that the transport operation runs smoothly across your shift where youll provide a detailed hand over to your Shift Manager and fellow Supervisors
* Some of your responsibilities will be to?brief and debrief drivers to ensure that all instructions for their allocated runs are understood and actioned.
