Hours: Evening sessions (September-June)

This is your chance to coach within a professional club’s development programme, delivering high-quality sessions and playing a key role in spotting future talent.
What You’ll Do
* Lead fun, challenging and structured training sessions for players aged 6-16
* Develop individual player skills while creating a positive team environment
* Communicate regularly with parents about player progress
* Be a role model on and off the pitch
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)
* FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
* Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging coaching style
* Passion for player development and football education
