Payroll & Benefits Manager– Global Expertise, Leadership, and Pension Knowledge
We’re looking for a highly skilled payroll professional to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complexity and precision, with experience managing multi-country payrolls, leading teams, and overseeing Defined Benefit pension scheme.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
* Expertise in international payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
* Strong knowledge of UK benefits administration and compliance including managing the renewals process.
* Hands-on experience DB pension schemes, including regulatory reporting.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with payroll systems and 3rd party providers.
* Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
