We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join our Operational Excellence team within Insurance and Money Services.
What you’ll bring
It’s an exciting time in our business and we need a Senior Planner to join our resource planning team within our claims department. Bring your talent, expertise, and skills to our friendly team and make a difference to our customers, communities, and planet.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Planner, you will motivate and lead a team of analysts to support high-level business plans and budgets, working within the risk framework to deliver the best service. You will prioritise the team’s workload and examine operational performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for performance improvements. Your insight and analysis will support improved customer, colleague and business outcomes.
We're looking for a proactive, driven individual with previous experience working in a similar role.
