The hours and days as a Food Production Operative are:
* 4 on 4 off
* 07:00- 19:00
The rate of pay as a Food Production Operative is:
* £13.20p/h with overtime being £19.80p/h
Key Responsibilities as a Food Production Operative:
* Working on a production line packaging cheese products safely and efficiently
* Packing:
o Block cheese
o Sliced cheese
o Mini portions
o Blended cheese
o Pizza rope cheese
o Retail and bulk grated cheese
* Ensuring products are packed to company quality standards
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area
* Following health & safety and food safety procedures at all times
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
The Ideal Candidate for a Food Production Operative will need:
* A disciplined, self-motivated and professional attitude
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive approach
* Good understanding of English and basic numeracy skills
* Ability to work with speed, accuracy and efficiency
* Good communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar production or food manufacturing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
