GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting Aspiring Teachers who are passionate about education, eager to inspire young minds, and ready to begin their journey towards a rewarding teaching career.
Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning and offer targeted support
* Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Assist with planning, lesson resources, and marking
* Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities
* Gain hands-on experience and insight into the day-to-day life of a teacher
Requirements:
* Have completed a degree or currently studying at university (final-year students welcome)
* Must be considering a career in teaching or planning to pursue teacher training
* Reside in the UK and have the right to work
* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience working with children or in a school setting is advantageous but not essential
