£21,000-£24,000 per annum

Are you an organised, efficient, and personable individual with experience in administration? Teaching Personnel is currently working with a number of schools across Derbyshire looking to appoint School Administrators to support their front-office and administrative teams.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive school environment where your skills will make a real difference to the daily running of the school and support both staff and pupils.

Role Responsibilities:
Answering s, managing emails, and greeting visitors
Handling attendance, admissions, and school records
Supporting staff with general administrative duties
Using school systems (e.g., SIMS or Arbor) to manage data
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Full-time and part-time hours available

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✅ Previous school office or administrative experience (desirable)
✅ Strong IT and communication skills
✅ A calm, friendly, and professional manner
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
✅ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
