The role is based in Redditch, onsite Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
What does the role involve?
1. Facilitating returns supporting the Customer Care Specialist team, alongside collections and issue credits to clients where applicable.
2. Provide support to finance team - Investigate invoice queries aiming for quick resolution
3. Purchase ledger end to end processes, including chasing overdue invoices, customer PO numbers, travel costs allocation, service orders. Approve supplier invoices
4. Maintain and update customer and service-related information within Salesforce
5. Ensure all files are filed correctly - with attention to detail for invoices.
6. Support service engineers by preparing files for any outstanding invoices for clients they are going to service their machines.
7. Chase customer purchase order numbers and service order numbers.
8. Book flights and accommodation internationally for the Field Service Technicians when they visit customer sites.
Ideal Skills and Experience
9. Proven experience working in Administrator role.
10. Exposure to fast-paced Manufacturing or Engineering environments
11. Experience working with SAP or Salesforce.
12. Strong time management skills.
13. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Ability to work across multiple internal teams and liaise with customers.
