About Us


FQN Consultancy is an audit, risk and compliance advisory firm led by UK qualified professionals delivering UK standard audit support through a cost effective team based in Pakistan. Our Managing Partner is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant(ICAEW) with over 8 years of experience in the UK, including PwC UK, KPMG UK, and FTSE 100 companies.


We combine international standards with cost effective delivery from Pakistan to provide outsourced internal audit, audit support, risk management, and compliance solutions to clients in the UK.


Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and well connected Business Development Agent to help us grow our client base in the UK. This is a commission only role, ideal for independent consultants, freelancers, or professionals with strong networks in the audit, finance, and consulting space.


Your role will focus on identifying and engaging UK companies and accountancy firms that may benefit from outsourcing work to a trusted offshore partner. This includes:


* UK accountancy firms looking for offshore audit support, including workpaper preparation, substantive testing, reconciliations, and documentation support.
* Mid sized UK companies looking to outsource or co-source their internal audit function.
* Businesses seeking support with internal controls, risk management, compliance reviews, and governance improvement.
* Growing firms and finance teams looking for high quality support at a more cost-effective price point.


Essentially, you will be connecting us with organisations that want to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain UK level quality standards by outsourcing to our experienced team in Pakistan.


Responsibilities


* Identify and connect with potential clients in the UK, including accountancy firms, corporates, and mid-sized businesses.
* Promote FQN’s value proposition: UK standard quality delivered through a cost-effective offshore team.
* Arrange virtual meetings between qualified prospects and FQN’s leadership team.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant and qualified leads.
* Support relationship building with prospects and referral partners in the UK.
* Optionally, represent FQN in networking events or relevant business forums if based in the UK.


What We Offer


* Compensation: Commission based, including a % of contract revenue for successfully converted clients, plus a fee per arranged qualified meeting. Full structure to be agreed with the selected candidate based on experience, network, and role scope.
* Full marketing and sales support, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and direct involvement from leadership in meetings.
* Flexibility to work independently and remotely.
* Backing of a UK qualified leadership team with strong Big 4 and FTSE 100 experience.


Ideal Candidate


* Based in the UK, or with strong business connections in the UK market.
* Prior experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or client relationship management within professional services, audit, or consulting.
* Existing network with accountancy firms, audit partners, CFOs, Finance Directors, or internal audit functions is highly desirable.
* Strong communicator, self motivated, and commercially driven.
* Comfortable introducing offshore service solutions in a professional and credible way.
