Finance Manager – Stoke-on-Trent | Onsite Role | Car Allowance and Annual Bonus | Axon Moore is partnering with a leading PLC to recruit a Finance Manager for one of their most profitable and ambitious subsidiaries. This is a number-one-in-finance role with high autonomy and direct exposure to the Board. You’ll lead two direct reports and work closely with the operational team to understand processes, cost drivers, and commercial dynamics. Your focus will be on P&L and KPI analysis, cost control, and supporting key commercial decisions, including tenders and customer negotiations. This role is ideal for a Management Accountant ready to step up, or an experienced Finance Manager/Controller seeking greater autonomy and commercial exposure.
