A leading independent construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their established commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects-spanning residential, heritage, commercial, and insurance-delivering high-quality cost consultancy services from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of cost plans, budget estimates, and tender documentation.
* Managing procurement processes and providing contract administration support.
* Ongoing cost management and monitoring of project expenditure.
* Evaluation of contractor claims, including extensions of time and loss & expense.
* Providing risk management, reinstatement valuations, and third-party cost reports.
* Supporting dispute resolution with clear, evidence-based reporting.
What We're Looking For
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar discipline).
* Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
* Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
* A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership of projects.
