Overview
Brogans are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Member to join our Team. You will assist in meal preparation and ensure that our food safety standards are upheld. You will be helping with freshly cooked breakfasts, light lunches and some baking, also not afraid to take out food to a customer if needed. If you're not afraid of hard work and can multi task we want to hear from you
Must be 18 to apply for this job role.
This position is part time 18hrs max.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu standards.
* Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the kitchen.
* Maintain consistency and quality.
* Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Experience
* Previous experience in a kitchen setting is needed.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous.
* Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards is important.
* Ability to work well and keep calm under pressure.
