About Us

No one should face the emotional weight of a life-threatening diagnosis alone. Thats why, at We Hear You (WHY), we offer free and low-cost professional counselling for children, young people, and adults affected by cancer or life-threatening conditions across Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire.

For over 30 years, our specialist team of compassionate counsellors and therapists has provided a safe space for people to share what they cant say anywhere else a space to say the unsayable and ask the unanswerable. Were here to help people feel heard, valued, and supported when they need it most.

We are now looking for a Head of Fundraising to join us on a part-time (from 22.5 hours per week) or full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent basis, with some flexibility required.
