Customer Assistant - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Culverhouse Cross. Join M&S in our Clothing & Home section as a brand ambassador who delivers outstanding customer service and champions our fashion-forward products.
Hours
Sunday: 08:00–17:00; Saturday: 10:00–19:00
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy and ensure shelves are stocked
* Monitor and contribute to daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices (e.g., Sparks App) to enhance the customer experience
