What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage a wide range of matters, including:
* Landlord and tenant work
* Freehold acquisitions and disposals
* Lease negotiations and renewals
* General commercial real estate transactions
Who We're Looking For
* A solicitor or CILEx with around 3-5 years' solid experience in commercial property
* Strong technical skills and confidence in managing a diverse caseload
* A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
* Experience gained in a city or leading regional firm is preferred
