* Drive financial strategy for a complex, multi-site operation with serious commercial ambitions
* Own business planning, capital investment strategy and risk management
* Lead IT/digital transformation and keep cyber-security bulletproof

Master the Money Game
* Navigate charity governance, pension schemes and stakeholder reporting with finesse
* Develop commercial revenue streams across retail, admissions and partnerships
* Turn complex financial data into compelling stories for Trustees and funders

Build Powerful Alliances
* Report directly to the CEO and influence at Board level
* Manage key relationships with national and local funders as well as maximising trading income generation
* Lead and inspire your direct reports while collaborating across departments
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
with serious senior finance leadership credentials
Commercial brain + cultural heart (you genuinely care about heritage and community impact)
Strategic vision with the ability to roll your sleeves up when needed
Track record managing complex stakeholder relationships at regional/national level
The courage to make tough calls and the empathy to bring people with you
