As part of this growth, they’re looking for a Central Operations Manager (Supply Chain) to join their Head Office team in Plymouth. This is a key role where you’ll bring together Head Office, Retail, and Distribution Centre teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading teams, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. The Role: Lead and support a team, setting clear direction and helping them develop. Oversee the day-to-day running of central operations. Take ownership of projects, process reviews and improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), applying Lean Six Sigma principles where possible. Use CRM systems to manage and resolve queries, making sure things don’t get missed. Work closely with stakeholders across Head Office, Retail, and DCs to keep priorities aligned. Investigate issues, resolve them, and put steps in place to prevent them happening again.
