My client is seeking an experienced Regulatory HR Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for managing regulatory HR frameworks across the business. This is a strategic leadership role with a strong operational focus, offering the opportunity to shape and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR), ensuring robust governance, documentation, and FCA submissions.
* Oversee the T&C Services Team, ensuring competence, certification, and professional development.
* Chair the Conduct Rule Breach Committee and manage regulatory references and reporting.
* Maintain relationships with key regulatory bodies including FCA, CBI, JFSC, CISI, CII, ICAEW.
* Develop and implement effective policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
* Deliver accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership and regulators.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in SM&CR within HR or Compliance, ideally in an FCA-regulated environment.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and people risk.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
* High attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
