Bar and Restaurant Manager for Hotel Du Vin, Newcastle. Full–time role responsible for the smooth running of the bar, bistro and meetings operation.
Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operation of the bar, bistro and meetings schedule.
* Coaching and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards.
* Maintaining budgeted targets and meeting KPIs.
* Working 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a range of shifts and days, especially during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
* Experience running a branded restaurant operation.
* Looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel as a Restaurant or Bar Manager and seeking more responsibility.
