The rate of pay is £14.39 to £15.46 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £21.59 to £23.19 per hour.
This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:
* 4 on 4 off, 4am to 4pm
* 4 on 4 off, 4pm to 4am
Your Time at Work
As a Chef you will be responsible for:
1. Producing sauces to the specification recorded on the cook sheet. To complete all documentation associated with the cooking process to the standard required.
2. Taking personal responsibility for ingredients and raw materials. To have in-depth knowledge of all materials used in the cooking process.
3. Attending sensory evaluation sessions and using the knowledge gained to ensure that sauces are cooked to the correct specification.
4. Supplying high-risk assembly with the correctly cooked sauce at the time it is required.
