* Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEND

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a supportive atmosphere
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential)
* Strong classroom management and adaptability skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
