Compensation: £100k+ realistic in Year 1 post-training; £150k-£200k+ in Year 2; Top performers £250k+

Who We’re Looking For
* Strong backgrounds in sales or target-driven environments essential
* Confident communicators who know how to build rapport, handle objections, and convert opportunities
* Full CeMAP or RO1/CF6 completed, in progress, or actively studying
* Career changers welcome if you have the right commercial mindset
* Ambitious, coachable, resilient, and hungry to succeed
* Comfortable in a commission-only, office-based environment
