Database and Office Administrator – £28,000–£30,000 | Addlestone | Full-Time, Permanent
An established and growing company is looking for a Database and Office Administrator to join its team. This is a busy back-office role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reports, and administration in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll be central to ensuring that inspection reports and records are accurate, well-maintained, and compliant, supporting the wider team by keeping internal processes running smoothly. While the role requires high attention to detail and a “head-down” approach, it also offers plenty of variety and pace.
Key Duties:
Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
Proofread and check reports for accuracy and consistency
Log and track queries, escalating where necessary
Maintain organised electronic and paper records
Support the wider team with documentation, compliance checks, and admin tasks
Assist with preparing management information and ad hoc reporting
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
Strong IT skills, especially Excel and database systems
Excellent written communication skills for checking and recording information
Organised and reliable, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in administration, data entry, or reporting is desirable but not essential
