Your role as a full-time, permanent team member, will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben and Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.
As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for enhancing Unilever's ice cream brands' performance, awareness, and availability across UK smaller-format grocery retailers. You will conduct retail store visits within a defined territory, focusing on driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to increase turnover and share using our data tools.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
* Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
* Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure maximum distribution and availability, increasing sales and brand engagement.
* Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
* Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a difference for clients.
* Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
* Record all information accurately on an iPad using bespoke software.

* Data-driven with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
* Holder of a full UK manual driving license.
