We are seeking a new team member for the Customer Service & Technical Support department.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the right attitude, with an engaging personality. They should be self-motivated, proactive, conscientious, and punctual. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this role.
Most importantly, we seek someone who can work well in a small team and adapt to various situations.
The Role:
* Handle technical sales enquiries, including specifying products, providing quotes, maximizing sales, and delivering excellent customer service.
* Manage the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders, including sales orders, repairs, stock enquiries, logistics & shipping administration, along with all legal documentation.

* Membership of ISCVE is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle technical sales enquiries, specify products, provide quotes, and support sales growth.
* Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring courteous communication.
* Provide technical product support via phone, email, or webchat.
* Assist with audio system design and product application.
* Support customers and integrators with Network & IT support related to AV Systems.
* Administer sales orders, repairs, stock inquiries, logistics, and shipping, including legal documentation.
* Attend training courses for personal and professional development.
* Maintain organization, paperwork, and administrative standards.

Hours:
The role involves fixed hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a 40-hour/week, full-time position.

Salary:
Negotiable based on skills and experience. Includes company pension scheme after probation.
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
