Anglo Skills College Ltd is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-drivenDigital Media Marketing Specialistto join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies includingSEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to strengthen the college’s online presence, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the college’s brand, courses, and services across multiple online channels including social media, email, and websites.
* Plan, manage, and optimizeSEO campaignsto improve organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic.
* OverseePPC campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media advertising, to maximise return on investment.
* Create and manage engaging content forsocial media platforms, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such asGoogle Analytics and social media insights, tracking metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Plan and deliveremail marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
* Manage and allocatedigital advertising budgetseffectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing activities.
* Stay up to date with the latestdigital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials including graphics, blog posts, and video content.
* Maintainconsistent brand messagingacross all digital platforms in line with the organisation’s objectives.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge ofSEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
* Experience withGoogle Analytics and paid advertising platformssuch as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to create engagingdigital content for websites, blogs, and social media.
* Experience withemail marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
* Proficiency ingraphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
* Ability to work bothindependently and collaborativelywithin a team environment.
* Up-to-date knowledge ofdigital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualificationin Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years’ experiencein digital marketing or a similar role.
Working Hours
35.5 – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
