Job Overview
We are seeking someone who is dedicated and enthusiastic to join our team. Your main days of work will be a Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Also being able to be fully flexible to cover holidays or sickness is required.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with day to day running and keeping the kitchen and front of house clean and tidy.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that any dietary requirements are reported.
* Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials to all guests
* Upsell food and beverage items
* Making drinks as well as serving them
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Strong understanding of guest services and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Batista experience is preferred but not essential
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
