What You’ll Be Doing In these roles, you may: Lead a Reception class within a structured EYFS framework Deliver phonics, early maths and play-based learning Build secure routines that help children feel safe Work alongside experienced Early Years leaders Participate in regular mentoring sessions You’ll gain hands-on experience in child development, assessment and behaviour management within a supportive team.
