Salary - £28,479.00 plus £1,500 bonus
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively? We're looking for Customer Care Advisers to join our client's team and help them to provide world-class support to their customers.
What you'll do
* Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring successful resolutions for both the customer and the business.
* Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and collaborate with internal departments to gather all necessary information.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, web-based and social media complaints, prioritising responses and maintaining case ownership.
* Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with the legal department when complaints escalate, ensuring compliance and accurate handling.
* Share insights and feedback to help improve processes and customer experience.
What they are looking for
* Level 3 qualification in Customer Service is preferable; GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential.
* Previous experience in customer service or complaint resolution, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
