Are you ready to join our world class team at Welcome Break - Keele - ST5 5HG (Three Mile Lane) ? Look no further! As one of the UK’s leading motorway service operators, we’re always on the hunt for service superstars.
As a customer host at Welcome Break, no two days are the same. Your role will be to support customers to navigate the site, utilise the kiosks in our catering brands, seek customer feedback and be pro-active in looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
This role is part-time and seasonal contract until September 2025 (this is a new role and may be made permanent).
Contracted hours are between 12-16 hours with the following shifts on a rotational basis:
Friday 12-4pm
Friday 5-9pm
Saturday 11-3pm
Sunday 11-3pm
Sunday 5-9pm
